Castle Edge HV ESC control input voltage

I asked Castle Creations what the voltage specification was for the input voltage on the control lead, since I could not find the spec anywhere. Here is the response.

C.....,

The Phoenix Edge HV ESCs do require power on the red receiver lead. It can operate from 5.0 - 9.0 volts; so you can run a 2s LiPo directly into the receiver and the ESC will be happy with the 8.4 volts (7.4 volts nominal) from the 2s LiPo. Please let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns. Thanks!
