Align® DS-410 servos

I recently was asked to work on some Align® DS-410 servos that had burnt up. Inside I found the part numbers ground off the integrated circuits. After some analysis of the circuit I think I have identified the motor driver IC. It is a Diodes Inc. (Zetex Semiconductors) FET H-Bridge, Part Number ZXMHC3F381N8. They make 3 other similar devices, but this is the best fit. Use this info at your own risk, since I am not 100% positive this is the correct part. The other IC (some sort of controller with firmware I assume) in the servos I was working on was also bad so I could not fix them to verify this info.
